At Eco Green Plant, we take extreme care to ensure that your live plants reach you healthy, fresh, and undamaged. Live plants require special attention, and our packaging is customized to keep them safe during transit.

1. Packaging & Plant Care During Transit

• All live plants are securely packed in ventilated, sturdy boxes to prevent breakage.

• Root balls are moisture-sealed so that the plant stays hydrated during shipment.

2. Processing & Dispatch Time

• Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days after order confirmation.

• To avoid plants being stuck in courier warehouses over weekends, we generally dispatch live plant orders early in the week (Monday to Thursday).

3. Delivery Timelines

• Estimated delivery time is usually 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and pincode accessibility.

• Tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp / Email / SMS once your parcel is dispatched.

4. Shipping Charges

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and parcel weight/dimensions.

5. Delivery Unsuccessful / Incorrect Address

• Please ensure your full shipping address and contact number are accurate. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, re-shipping charges will apply.
