• We ensure that all plants are healthy and carefully packed prior to dispatch.

3. Pricing & Payments

• Prices for all items are subject to change without prior notice.

• We accept payments through secure online payment gateways (UPI, Cards, Net Banking) and Cash on Delivery .

4. Shipping & Transit

• Live plants require specialized packaging to ensure they survive transit.

• Delivery timelines depend on courier partners and your location/pincode. Eco Green Plant is not liable for minor shipping delays caused by weather conditions or courier service disruptions.

5. Order Cancellations

• Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once a live plant order is packed and handed over to the courier partner, cancellations will not be accepted.
